Spruce Street repeats - run, jog, powerhike up….jog or walk back down and repeat! Great training for winter mountain pursuits (backcountry or crosscountry skiing!) too. We’ll do a 1 mile warm-up, followed by as many (or few) hill repeats as you like!
Wear reflective or bright gear, lights, etc and stop at all intersections. Details are on MeetUp!
